Applications of agglomerated weld flux SJ101:
1:Acco***nying suitable wires (H08MnA , H08MnMoA , H08Mn2MoA ,H10Mn2 ,etc .) ,
2:mainly applied in the fast welding of low carbon steel and some low alloy steel structure ( like 16Mn, X65, X70, 14Mn Niq, Q345C ,etc. ) and submerged welding of boiler pressure vessels , ships , bridges , oil transportation lines ,etc .
3: SJ101 also can be used for welding the thick walled structure different grade
high strength steel .
Notice :
1.Remove the rust, oil , water and other impurities from the welding surface ,before welding
2. Dried weld flux for 2 hours in 300-350ºC .
